# SAIF.Services.Imaging.Import operations and processes

This page is the operation catalog and cross-operation hub for this library. This library implements a single operation — a pure in-memory serialization routine with no multi-step workflow, no database interaction, and no delegation into referenced libraries.

## Database interactions

None. This library performs no database access; `clsImageImport.ToString()` is a pure in-memory string-building routine.

## Failure and edge-case behavior
- No exceptions are thrown by `ToString()` under any observed input — all fields are appended unconditionally or blanked out per [BR-IMG-001](business-rules.md#br-img-001-blank-out-unset-date-values-in-serialized-output) / [BR-IMG-002](business-rules.md#br-img-002-blank-out-non-positive-numeric-defaults-in-serialized-output); there is no validation logic that could reject a malformed instance.*
